Shipping Policy
We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays.
Custom Duties/Octrai is subject to State/Country Jurisdiction and will be borne by the consumer at the time of delivery wherever applicable. 

Prices mentioned do not include Shipping charges. They will be calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping within India is free for orders above INR 5000. For orders up to INR 2500 there is a charge of INR 200 and for orders between INR 2500 - INR 4999, there is a charge of INR 400. The products will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the date of placing the order.

International Shipping
Shipping to all countries outside India will be charged INR 3000 for orders up to INR 5000 and INR 3800 for orders between INR 5000 - INR 7000 and INR 4200 for order of INR 7000 and above. Please note that these rates are subject to change and if there is any increment the customer will be informed before hand. All orders placed from outside India will be shipped through Fedex, DHL, Aramax and UPS, and will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days from the date of placing the order. 

Please note that we do not give Guarantees for Delivery Date as we have no control over extenuating circumstances that may/ may not delay delivery after we have shipped. If there are any custom duties, they will have to be incurred by the customer.

Tracking Report of the concerned courier company will be conclusive proof of delivery.

Transit Damages
We take every care to ship the orders in good condition, properly packed. However the package and dispatched goods may be damaged/soiled due to delivery procedure and customs procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.

Wrong Delivery Address - We will not be responsible for wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
